JUDGING
Experienced, trained and Certified South Carolina BBQ
Association Judges will handle the judging in this contest.
The winners will receive trophies and cash prizes. All
correspondence will be with the Chief Cook. Methods of
cooking will be Wood, Charcoal or Gas.
